Non-Diamond Jewelry

All sales of non-diamond jewelry are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Diamond Jewelry

· Lab-grown diamonds: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

· Natural diamonds: You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Refund Policy

Jewelry Define does not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we support exchanges for another product of your choice. If your item does not fit, you may exchange it for the same product in a new size (one-time exchange only). Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Conditions for Exchange

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates attached. We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping
