Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Options

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

· Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

· Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

· International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs clearance may cause delays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price you pay at checkout. Jewelry Define is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, you must file a claim within 7 business days of the delivery date. For packages damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@jewelrydefine.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address, and Jewelry Define is not obligated to resend orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, your order may have already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be modified.
